Assessment Taxonomy Table

The instructor creates an assessment Taxonomy Table to help plan their assignment. They choose Bloom’s Taxonomy category and the verb that fits the activity the students will do. Then, they would write their objective in the following box in the row by stating the activity, condition, and criteria for that cognitive level. Memorizing should be kept at a minimum. The instructor needs to build students’ skills by starting at a lower middle Bloom’s Taxonomy level and working higher with each module. After deciding on the activity, the instructor must match a project-based assessment tool. This is an example of an Assessment Taxonomy Table I created for my student’s Final Project:
